Overview: GDC IT Solutions is looking for a mid-to-senior level Software Tester / Analyst to the join our team. Responsibilities: * Design and execute test scenarios and test cases based on requirements, workflow diagrams, and business rules. * Analyze complex business logic and settings to understand their impact on application behavior and results. * Create, manage, and manipulate test data to support specific testing scenarios. * Document and communicate test results clearly, including creating reports that reflect outcomes and highlight issues. * Identify, track, and help resolve issues found during testing. * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure quality and consistency. Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on testing applications involving complex business logic and dependencies. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on highly specific and repetitive tasks. * Experience creating test scenarios, test cases, and corresponding test data. * Ability to read and interpret workflow diagrams and translate them into actionable test plans. * Skilled in reporting test outcomes in a clear, organized manner.
