As our new Software Sales Specialist you will proactively identify opportunities for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling across multivendor services (including VMware, Linux environments, Red Hat, and SUSE). While being part of a collaborative team, you will manage renewals end-to-end, sending timely quotes while spotting growth opportunities. You will also act as the main point of contact for selected vendors, collaborating closely to drive campaigns, support sales development, and create high customer satisfaction and growth.
Responsibilities:
* Manage renewals for a portfolio of multi-vendor software services, ensuring a smooth and timely renewal process
* Prepare and send renewal quotes and follow-ups proactively to maintain customer continuity
* Identify and act on upselling and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
* Serve as the main point of contact for selected vendors, supporting sales initiatives and campaigns
* Build solid customer and vendor relationships to drive satisfaction and revenue growth
Qualifications:
* Experience in sales, renewals, or account management
* Solid understanding of licensing models and vendor programs
* Track record of identifying and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Skilled at building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Effective communicator with solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and turns feedback into action
