* Validate Live Linear, On-Demand, and specialized interactive features across commercial Android apps, mobile platforms, and specialized hardware deployed in high-impact environments
* Utilize developer toolsets such as Android Studio, ADB commands, and Charles Proxy to capture Logcat traces, inspect API payloads, and simulate real-world network constraints
* Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to rapidly accelerate test case authoring, synthesize realistic test data, and perform root-cause defect analysis
* Conduct rigorous data integrity and system-level validation across core backend microservices, complex billing pipelines, and enterprise software suites
* Proactively log, categorize, prioritize, and track defects within JIRA while partnering with automation engineers to execute automated suites and cultivate scripting skills over time

Qualifications:

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

* Hands-on functional testing expertise and a strong track record of designing end-to-end test plans for native mobile applications (Android/iOS) or embedded video applications
* Critical experience inspecting backend network calls and testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, Charles Proxy, SOAP UI, or Swagger
* AI Application skills to enhance daily productivity, expand test coverage, and streamline defect analysis workflows
* Proficiency with JIRA and defect tracking tools within fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments
* Strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities to drive quality standards across deployment teams

Additional Qualifications:

* Understanding of B2B deployment environments across Hospitality, Senior Living, MDUs, or Commercial/Public Venue setups
* Familiarity with commercial property network topologies, IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, UDP, VLANs, DHCP, Wi-Fi routing), and Coax/RF distribution
* Exposure to test automation concepts (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Python/Java) and Android Studio environments

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years relevant work experience (e.g. QA/Testing experience, Linux administration, test automation)
* 3-5 years of experience in QA/Testing or relevant technical operations
* Must have at least 1 years of experience with:
