The ideal candidate must have a successful track record of software delivery, solution design, deployment, and bring an innovative mindset. We are focused on delivering solutions to business partners using a wide variety of technologies from virtual reality, agentic AI, and platform engineering. Within our suite there are opportunities to lead small development teams and interact with Staff, Senior, and Principal Engineers across the department as we work to influence and assist many areas develop their business processes and services. Qualifications: Desired Experience: * Python, Terraform, APIs, JSON, React * AWS (Lambda, EC2, SQS, S3, Cloudfront, API gateway, SNS, Sagemaker) * Azure experience a plus but not required * Experience in cloud architecture and development * Focused on integrating DevSecOps practices in their work * Production integration/deployment/support experience a plus Additional Skills: * Knowledge of agile methodologies * Troubleshooting/problem solving skills * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems/issues and provide technical consultation and direction to business and product team members * Enthusiasm for innovation, diversity of thought, and new ideas * Ability to collaborate and build relationships locally & across locations * Clear communication skills, both verbal & written * Strong aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn new languages and frameworks * Possess technical curiosity and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and follow industry best-practices and trends * Eagerness to provide mentorship and guidance to team members * Experience with navigation and influencing others Work Arrangements: Hybrid Work Locations: Bloomington, IL-Corporate, Dunwoody, GA-Park Center, Richardson, TX-CityLine or Tempe, AZ-Marina Heights Hub locations. * Hybrid Work arrangement: A "Hybrid" position means selected candidates will be assigned to a facility and will spend some time working both in the office and from their home. Work arrangements could change over time based on business need.
