Overview: The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the organization's security and compliance through effective tool usage and engineering support. This position will provide critical support in the development, integration, and optimization of security solutions, working alongside cross functional team members to enhance the organization's security posture. Responsibilities: * Security and Compliance Assurance: Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Tool Utilization: Support the effective use of security tools across the organization, optimizing performance and ensuring alignment with security objectives. * Engineering Support: Provide engineering and development support to enhance the functionality and integration of security tools. * Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to drive security initiatives and maintain consistent program throughput. * Documentation and Testing: Develop and test technical documentation to support security tools and processes. * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in security practices and tool usage, recommending solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on security and compliance. * Technical Skills: Familiarity with security tools and technologies, with the ability to optimize and integrate them effectively. * Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop solutions to complex security challenges. * Communication: Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals.
