Software Development Engineer/ Desenvolvedor de Software IV

Own the end-to-end development lifecycle-from design and implementation to deployment and support. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers. Actively participate in architectural decisions and contribute to strategic technical planning.

Expertise in architectural styles, design patterns, and frameworks, including micro-services and serverless architectures.

Soft Skills: Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions; Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners, and an approach to driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

* Contribute to software development: Participate in daily coding tasks, collaborating with teams to solve complex technical challenges, design scalable solutions, and contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality software.
* Collaboration: Partner with product managers and team members to align technical solutions with our goals. Represent the team in architectural review boards.
* Team Development: Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and professional growth, mentoring team members and encouraging innovation. 
* Proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI into features, systems, or services.
* Use AI to accelerate delivery velocity, innovation cycles, and maintain code quality.

Qualifications:

* 8+ years of hands-on software development experience in a production environment

* Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript

* Proven experience with React and Material UI (MUI) for frontend development

* Strong proficiency of ExpressJS for building RESTful APIs

* Solid experience working with MySQL and designing efficient data models

* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset

* Fluent English is mandatory.
