To cre To create Informatics Hardware image products for the company
Responsibilities:
* Develop, configure, and maintain Windows OS images for deployment across various hardware platforms.
* Utilize VBScript, Batch, PowerShell, and Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) to automate imaging and deployment processes.
* Troubleshoot imaging issues using structured problem‑solving methods and root‑cause analysis.
* Assess technical problems, evaluate potential impact, and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate documentation for deployment procedures and customer facing documents.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and quality requirements.
Qualifications:
* Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or MCA.
* Knowledge of Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit, Sysprep, Deployment Image Servicing and Management, PXE, WinPE.
* Strong working knowledge of scripting and automation, including VBScript, batch scripting, and PowerShell.
* Hands‑on experience in Windows image creation and system configuration.
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Capability to identify, acknowledge, and assess, resolve technical impact with minimal guidance during imaging or deployment tasks.
* Proactive in learning new tools, techniques, and technologies related to imaging and deployment.
