Responsibilities:
You play a key role in driving software-related sales by managing over sales account. With a strong understanding of client needs, you recommend cloud-based and software solutions that align with their business goals, ensuring smooth engagement from initial interest to final conversion.
* Opportunity Management: Managed 10,000+ software-related inbound and outbound calls
* Sales Engagement through opportunity tracking
* Renewal Management, Database Management, and Lead Management
* Work closely with account executives and sales teams to qualify leads and close deals.
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable cloud-based or software solutions
Qualifications:
* Full-time work rights in South Korea
* Full professional proficiency in Korean and working proficiency in English
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree (2-4 year college graduate)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Over 2 years of relevant work experience
* Strong communication and presentation skills (especially via phone, video, and email)
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise software
* Sales acumen and familiarity with consultative/solution selling
* Understanding of IT infrastructure, licensing models, and cloud migration basics
* Experience with CRM and sales tools
