Software Architect

Responsibilities:

* Architect and design scalable, reliable, and secure software systems that integrate AI/ML capabilities and digital transformation initiatives.
* Lead AI transformation efforts by integrating machine learning, deep learning, and automation into enterprise applications.
* Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and project manager to deploy AI-driven applications and solutions.
* Evaluate and select AI and digital technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with the organization's strategic goals.
* Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance best practices in AI and digital software development.
* Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to development teams.
* Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, cloud computing, DevOps, and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, AI or equivalent.
* 10+ years of experience in web base enterprise software development.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing AI/ML-driven applications.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
* Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or Hugging Face.
* Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and real-time analytics.
* Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Any certification in cloud, AI or PMP are added advantage.
