Responsibilities:

* Prepare timely snow condition reports in morning and afternoon and distribute all reports to internal departments (Ski Operations, Tickets, Guest Services, Mt. Hosts, Hobbits, Rentals, Ski School, Retail, Nursery, and Ski Patrol) and to external websites including SnoCountry, SkiNH, DeeperSnow, and OnTheSnow.
* Update Bretton Woods and Ski NH snowphone in morning and afternoon.
* Update affiliate websites Snow Monsters and Next Snow when and where appropriate.
* Send appropriate daily faxes and make appropriate phone calls to other outside parties regarding weather, snow conditions, trail and lift operations.
* Shoot daily photos of mountain activities and upload onto company website, other external websites, and email copies to appropriate outside marketing parties (i.e. news stations, etc.)
* Assist ski operations receptionists in answering phones and general inquiries about the ski mountain operations; and assist Director and Assistant Director of Ski Operations with any specific projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Subject to working in a crowded, fast paced environment, long periods of walking and standing, indoor and outdoor, with adverse weather conditions
* Must possess excellent customer service skills.
* Must be able to work AM & PM shifts, holidays and weekends.
