Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
* Exceptional Role Model of Excellent Guest Service skills and Teamwork.
* Must have advanced knowledge of electronics (Degree program or equivalent knowledge/experience) -
* Understands & can interpret the Marquee Rewards programs for our guest - Have an in depth knowledge about slot equipment, including:
* Know all the aspects of Slot Performance related to internal Controls & OCCC regulations
* Ability to troubleshoot common & uncommon problems that occur on electronic circuit boards. Able to perform basic board repairs and diagnose difficult machine problems
* Ability to trouble shoot, set up and option all Progressive controllers and DM systems on the casino floor
* Take Lead on Projects, able to perform all aspect of a project and assist Tech 1 and Tech 2 to complete tasks
* Ability to assist supervisors in organizing and executing projects while training new hires/other techs in proper procedures.
* Instruct and advises peers on the correct policies & procedures
Qualifications:
* Basic knowledge about slot equipment, including:
* Identifying & Navigating Floor Layout Zones and locations
* Identifying slot equipment Location, Asset, Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number, Software
* Must have basic electrical/mechanical skills Ability to read wiring diagram, schematics and flow charts
* Identifying basic equipment issues "BV's and Printer"& where to find replacement parts. Proper name of the components
* Know when to call for assistance from fellow employees or supervisors. Proper call sequence i.e. Don't call directly for an Attendant any calls should be routed through a Slot Technician Supervisor first and then Ops Supervisor
* Know how to operate power tools and other shop equipment safely and correctly Knowledge of Hand Tools and proper use of them a must
* Basic knowledge of how ACSC works and be able to replace or repair its components. Use of floor monitor in conjunction with white board, run Transaction Received and Add Back Deleted Asset
* Basic knowledge of how to generate and use ACSC reports. identification of basic Transaction iD codes and their definitions
* Must be able to understand & interpret the game rules for every game on the floor The ability to explain these to guests and Slot Operation Team Members
* Basic Machine Optioning and Ram Clears for all OEM's
