Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
* General maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Slot Machines and SMS equipment
* Respond to any machine malfunctions on the casino floor in a timely manner
* Communicate with Tech level II or higher any machine malfunctions they are unable to fix
* Effectively communicate with the slot operations team and fellow technicians
* Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines. Provide answers, explanations and rectify problems as appropriate
* Provide a high level of customer service to guests and team members
* Understand and adhere to departmental and company SOPs
* Complete required training and development objectives within assigned time frame
* Projects a positive attitude and image at all times
* Collaborate and work within a team-driven environment
* Accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks
* Complete required paperwork in a timely manner
* Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies
* Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter
* All other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required; Technical or Associates Degree preferred
* Minimum 6 months' customer facing experience
* PC proficiency
* Technical background preferred
* Prior experience within slots/VLT department is a plus
* Network troubleshooting experience is a plus
