An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Your daily responsibilities include
* Responsible for circulating through an assigned area of the casino floor along with other team members to monitor guest service; handles all guest questions, problems and requests in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfacation, workforce strength and compliance goals.
* Ensure all guest related questions, problems, and requests for service are promptly handled and rectified in a professional, timely manner and in accordance to departmental standards.
* Handle the payment of all manual, hand-paid slot machine jackpots.
* Answer questions related to slot machines as well as general property information.
* Promote features of the Slot Player's Club and assist in slot promotions, as required.
* Sign up guests into the Slot Player's Club.
* Investigate and resolve issues relating to bill validators and slot gaming vouchers, including troubleshooting of basic bill validator and ticket printer problems.
* Exchange large bills (currency) for smaller at the request of guests.
* Assist with additional technical and service issues, as required.
* Performs routine preventative maintenance on slot machines and related equipment as deemed necessary.

* High School Diploma/GED; 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Previous experience in casino or hospitality industry preferred.
* Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.
* Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
* Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as manuals.
* Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests.
* Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
* Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Must qualify for any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
