Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests.
* Make change for guests as requested.
* Count change wallet at start and end of shift.
* Payout jackpots to winning guests and complete required logs.
* Complete necessary tax forms for qualifying jackpots.
* Perform minor repairs on slot machines.
* Check and replenish TITO tickets as necessary.
* Maintain excellent Guest Service while conducting self in professional manner.
* Assist guests with questions or direct to appropriate party.
* Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
* 6 - 9 months of guest service experience is preferred.
* Strong guest service experience, high energy level and ability to work well as part of a team.
* Must understand and speak the English language.
* Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
* Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
* Ability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2pm - 8:30pm with flexibility to work earlier or later as well as to cover team member PTO.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception. The employee may be required to travel up and down stairs.
