Overview: Respiratory Therapist $10,000 Sign on Bonus Sleep Lab Moline, IL Nights, 7p-7am (3) 12 hour shifts (12% shift differential 6p-6am) We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our Sleep Lab team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with sleep disorders, including sleep apnea. Your responsibilities will include conducting sleep studies, monitoring patients during sleep, and providing therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Conduct overnight polysomnography (PSG) studies to assess sleep patterns and respiratory function. * Set up and calibrate sleep monitoring equipment. * Monitor patients during sleep studies, observing for any abnormalities or disruptions. * Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans for patients with sleep disorders. * Educate patients on proper use of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) devices. * Maintain accurate records and documentation. Qualifications: Registered or registry eligible Respiratory Therapist or Neurodiagnostic Technologist. Specialized Training in Polysomnography testing. *Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
