Responsibilities: * Develops and conducts training and regulatory procedures within departments, completes documentation requirements, and department specific computer operations. * Provides orientation for all newly hired employees. * Creates or obtains training and orientation materials. * Identifies and assesses employee skill level and training needs. * Evaluates the effectiveness of department education and training programs. * Maintains documentation of training, education, and new employee orientation. * Creates reports of quality management training, educational activities, and program effectiveness. * Develops and implements monthly training schedule. * Supervises and audits employees daily work. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities * Ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined above. * Demonstrated computer, organization, human relation, and effective communication skills. * Ability to accurately evaluate employee needs to develop training programs and education materials that are effective and address different skill levels. Qualifications: QualificationsRequired * Six years of progressively more responsible experience in a related area, including one year as a trainer, or equivalency.
