Responsibilities: The Role As a web specialist skilled in developing web pages using Sitecore, you are utilising one of the most powerful enterprise-level content management systems (CMS) crafted for intricate websites that demand personalized user experiences. Roles and Responsibilities * Work on Sitecore CMS components, templates and workflows. * Assist in crafting and tracking digital marketing campaigns within Sitecore. * Add multimedia and interactive elements to Sitecore content. * Use analytics tools to help improve website performance and user engagement. * Work on troubleshooting and resolving Sitecore-related issues and website functionality. * Support team training on Sitecore standard processes and provide ongoing assistance. * Collaborate with external agencies and vendors on Sitecore projects. * Help build and analyze reports on site performance and content efficiency. * Stay informed about Sitecore trends and apply industry standard methodologies. * Work on building and maintaining adaptable, high-quality campaign pages in Sitecore. * Address web page layout issues, collaborating with relevant teams. * Communicate project requirements and updates to team members. Qualifications: * Previous client-facing experience in an agency environment or with CMS * Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEM, analytics. * Experience with web content management systems, specifically Sitecore. * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. * Understanding of web content principles and standard processes, such as heading structure, SEO fundamentals, and page speed. * Ambition and curiosity.
