Responsibilities: Job Posting: Full-Time Security SupervisorLocation: North York, ON (near Dufferin & Steeles)Pay Rate: $23.46/hourSchedule: Full-Time - Rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights) About the Role:Allied Universal is currently hiring a Full-Time Security Supervisor for a pharmaceutical site in North York, ON. We are seeking a reliable, experienced professional with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a security setting. The successful candidate will lead a team of security professionals, ensuring site safety, compliance with procedures, and a high standard of customer service. Site-Specific Requirements (Pharmaceutical Facility):As a condition of assignment, proof of vaccination is required for the following: * Diphtheria * Pertussis * Tetanus Vaccinations are covered under provincial health plans. Allied Universal will reimburse any additional associated costs. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support security team members on shift * Enforce site policies and maintain a safe and secure environment * Conduct regular patrols (on foot and by vehicle) * Monitor CCTV and access control systems * Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner * Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of all incidents and daily activities * Communicate effectively with site staff, management, and Allied Universal leadership * Facilitate smooth shift handovers and maintain continuity in operations Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalent * Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a security role * 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or corporate office setting preferred * Valid Ontario Security License * Valid Ontario G-class driver's license and clean driving record * Must be 25 years of age or older (for company vehicle insurance eligibility) * Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada * CPR and Standard First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain; reimbursement provided) * Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office * Comfortable performing foot patrols and working outdoors in various weather conditions * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills What We Offer: * Full-time employment with consistent scheduling * Competitive pay and benefits package (health & dental) * Paid training and professional development * Growth opportunities within Allied Universal's expanding team Hiring Process:All candidates must successfully complete a background screening, which may include: * Criminal background check * Employment and education verification * Reference checks Qualifications: Allied Universal(r) provides unparalleled service, systems and solutions to the people and business of our communities, and is North America's leading security services provider.
