Job Title: Assistant Security Director Job Location: Halton Hills, ON Job Type: Full-Time Job Days: Thursday-Monday Shift time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Pay Rate: $27.50/hr. Responsibilities * Create, maintain, and update Emergency response plans * Scheduling of staff and last-minute book offs when required * Complete training and development for new and existing staff * Maintain payroll of all staff * Enforce rules, regulations, and policies * Conduct performance reviews for staff * Provide any necessary assistance to the Director * Provide detailed written reports as required * Respond to emergency situations Qualifications/Requirements: Qualified applicants for the Assistant Security Director position will meet the minimum requirements, as described below: * 3-5 Year experience is the security industry or related field * Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner * Licensing requirements are subject to province and/or local laws and regulations and will be required prior to employment. * Display exceptional customer service and communication skills * Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites * Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently * Able to: * Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat * Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds * Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift * Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time Qualifications: Allied Universal(r) provides unparalleled service, systems and solutions to the people and business of our communities, and is North America's leading security services provider.
