Overview: Site Manager (RWR-2025-23226): Bowhead seeks to network with a Site Manager for an upcoming proposal effort to lead structured cabling upgrades at McConnell AFB. Responsibilities: Essential functions will include: * Serve as the primary point of contact for all onsite activities. * Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with base personnel. * Lead project briefings, manage deliverables, and ensure work aligns with contract scope and PWS standards. * Supervise teams conducting removal and installation of Cat-6 cabling, racks, and telecom hardware. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and site-specific security requirements. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Education * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Construction Management, or related field preferred. * Years of experience * Minimum 5 years managing telecommunications infrastructure projects, including team supervision and client interaction. * Required skills or certifications * Demonstrated leadership of structured cabling or ISP/OSP projects. * Familiarity with TIA/EIA standards and military installation protocols. * OSHA 30 certification preferred. * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts * Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team Physical Demands: * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds * Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time * Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location. #LI-BG1
