Overview: Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Responsibilities: * Provide direct support to the contracts team * Quality control of documents * Prepare amendments to the Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA) and budgets * Maintain tracking of documents through Medpace's internal database (ClinTrak) * Support the signature process Qualifications: * High School Diploma and pursuing JD or Bachelors degree in Legal Studies, Business, Communications, or Operations. * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills * Knowledge of Microsoft Office * Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in our Cincinnati, OH office.
