				Overview:

Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development team is building and enhancing the country's first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. This is the foundation of a connected world flexible enough to satisfy all the social, economic and transformative needs of today and the future.

Responsibilities:

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites, overseeing leasing, permitting, and land use activities

* Drive vendors and manage jurisdictional approvals, including coordination with review boards and agencies

* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Site Acquisition, Construction, Legal, Regulatory) to ensure timely program delivery

* Review, approve, and manage all site-specific documentation, ensuring quality, completeness, and regulatory compliance

* Interface with landlords and governmental agencies to facilitate project progress and resolve issues

* Manage tasks in NexsysOne, including approvals, PO and invoice processing, and change order management within the contracted scope

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* 5 or more years of telecommunications industry experience
* Previous experience with tower co-location applications and permitting
* Experience managing vendor relationships

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proficient in interpreting zoning codes, real estate, and legal documents (e.g., leases, easements, deeds, surveys, title policies, CAD drawings)

* Skilled in redlining and negotiating lease agreements to secure favorable terms while mitigating business risk

* Experienced in managing site acquisition forecasts and understanding the impact of delays across project timelines

* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data-driven updates and facilitate effective meetings

* Adept at documenting requirements, solving problems, working independently or collaboratively, and driving quality across programs

* Capable of representing the business with external parties (landlords, zoning boards, municipalities) and leading vendor deployment meetings to track milestone-based progress
