Responsibilities: - Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Operates the shuttle van in accordance with all laws and regulations while following company policy to ensure a safe and pleasant operating environment. - Delivers guests and/or team members to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous manner. - Communicates with dispatch and other drivers as needed. - inspects vehicle condition before and after use; reports discrepancies found on vehicle before using. - Routinely checks vehicle fluid levels and fuels vehicles as appropriate; immediately reports any mechanical problems or other deterioration of vehicle. - Monitors all vehicle operational systems and indicators to ensure the continued proper operation of equipment. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters. Qualifications: - Must have valid Driver's License with no major moving violations or accidents in the last three (3) years. - Must have previous driving experience in a similar vehicle (e.g. large shuttle van or bus). - Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. - Must have excellent customer service skills. - Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off. - Multilingual a plus.
