You'll be responsible for pulling, packing, and preparing products for shipment, coordinating pickups, maintaining inventory, and contributing to a safe, clean, and organized shipping environment. What You'll Do: * Pull, pack, and ship products to customers and internal teams * Schedule freight and courier pickups/deliveries * Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve order discrepancies * Maintain a proactive approach to safety and quality standards * Order warehouse and shipping supplies * Put away products in finished goods locations * Participate in inventory evaluations and cycle counts * Support additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager What You'll Need (Requirements): * 1-2 years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred * Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory procedures * Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies Finish * Strong computer skills * Experience with quality control (e.g., taking photos of damages/discrepancies) * Reliable, adaptable, and safety-focused
