Ability to investigate and resolve customer issues. * Self-motivated; works independently with minimum direction in a distributed team environment. * Establish new systems and processes and look for opportunities to improve the flow of data. * Maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to understand data needs and report results * Assess the effectiveness of data sources and data-gathering techniques and improve data collection methods. * Conduct research and develop prototypes and proof of concepts. * Look for opportunities to use insights/datasets/code/models across other functions in the organization. * Build a strong internal collaboration with Global business teams, provide effective mentoring to data engineers/Analysts, support company initiatives such as company integrations; IT changes etc. and ensure SOX compliance and following Keysight Policies, Guidelines & Standard of Business Conducts. Qualifications: The candidate must have a strong understanding of data-mining, data engineering techniques and an ability to apply these techniques in practical real-world business issues. Ability to convert data into valuable insights for the business. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or related discipline Min 5+ years' experience in Business intelligence and data engineering Proficiency with data mining, BI, and data engineering Exposure to Machine Learning and AI Project management. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the following skills. * The candidate must have strong working knowledge of SQL, Python * Demonstrate strong skill in data visualization, and data cleansing tools and techniques. * Strong hands on experience of BI platforms and analytical tools - Power BI and SpotFire, Incorta to analyze business data and share insights. * Excellent knowledge required with ETL tools - Microsoft SQL Server integration services. * Thorough Knowledge of Sales Force Service Cloud, MicroStrategy, Denodo, OneStream, MicroStrategy, AI and MAchine Learning would be a plus. * Good knowledge of Quality tools - Lean/Six Sigma and Agile methodologies * Demonstrate proficiency in the use of MS Office/Software tools e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint etc. for creation of reports and presentations to Global stakeholders. * Exposure to any popular predictive analytics tool is preferred. * Comfortable working in a dynamic, research-oriented group with several ongoing concurrent projects. * Solid systems analysis skills to interpret data sources and deliver reporting solutions against business requirements. * Excellent Project management skills.
