The Services Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for selling the Keysight Services solutions to the entire customer organization, from technicians to executives. Their focus will be on the selling new service solutions, converting the upfront services to post service agreements, upselling from renewals. SAM should lead the development and execution of an account strategy to generate business growth opportunities. Navigating complex selling processes, they proactively lead customers through the sales process to close deals. They explore and understand complex customer requirements on a business and technical level to engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base. They must develop outstanding account plans and deep knowledge of the Keysight Services portfolio to build a strong funnel of annuity business. 

Responsibilities:

* Creates, monitor and revises lead generation plans.
* Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify Keysight service solutions, actively creates business opportunities
* Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies by disciplined executions.
* Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity

Qualifications:

Job Qualifications 

* Bachelor or Mater degree of Electric Engineering or Communications.
* Typically 3 to 8 years' experience of successfully selling or major account management preferred. 
* Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
* 50% of travel time
