Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for IT-related questions, incidents, and service requests across the organization.
* Provide support primarily during CET office hours from the Netherlands, as part of an international team.
* Handle incoming requests via email, Topdesk, Microsoft Teams, and phone.
* Manage incident and change processes according to established procedures.
* Resolve standard IT workspace issues and ensure accurate logging, documentation, and follow-up.
* Guide users through troubleshooting steps and escalate issues when necessary.
* Strive to deliver a seamless and positive user experience at all times.
* Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
* Stay up to date with internal tools, systems, and procedures to ensure effective support.
Qualifications:
* MBO (vocational) degree in IT or a related field.
* Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant IT support experience.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Certification in relevant IT systems or applications (a plus).
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Familiarity with ITIL/ISM processes is a plus.
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure and Office 365.
* Comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
* Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
