ServiceNow Solution Architect

What You'll Do
* Lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of the ServiceNow platform.
* Translate customer needs into clear, scalable system designs and documentation.
* Guide developers, provide mentorship, and run design or architecture reviews.
* Demo platform capabilities and support pre-sales activities for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
* Collaborate with product owners, project leaders, and architects across global teams.
* Oversee integrations, data models, platform governance, and promotion to production.
Qualifications:
* Strong background in ServiceNow consulting, solution design, or technical architecture.
* ServiceNow CSA certification
* Deep understanding of CMDB, data models, import sets, transform maps, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
* Hands-on experience with one or more: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM.
* Knowledge of key ServiceNow capabilities: Discovery, Service Mapping, Flow Designer, security standards.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
* English fluency plus German or Dutch.
Nice To Have
* Experience with infrastructure discovery, cloud/hybrid environments, or credential store configuration.
* Knowledge of event management, certificate management, or normalization workflows.
* Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, and automation patterns.
* Ability to support scoping and estimation during pre-sales.
* Positive advocate for team culture and continuous improvement.
* Certifications: CIS Discovery, CIS ITSM, CIS SAM, CIS HAM.
