Responsibilities:

About the Company:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our Team Professional Services Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for building and implementing ServiceNow platform solutions. The main objective is to improve service and project delivery processes, particularly in the field of Service Portfolio Management (SPM). You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to collect requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and give to the continuous improvement of our ServiceNow practice.

The key relationships:

* Development team Professional Service Delivery and Product Owners
* Solution Architects and Engineers
* Service Now platform team
* Clients and users of our Professional Service Delivery platform

The key responsibilities:

* Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
* Design and architect solutions for Service Portfolio Management (SPM) modules for our Software & Cloud Services with a strong emphasis on security, authentication, and scalability.
* Build UI elements and automation to meet business needs, applying ServiceNow's development tools and scripting capabilities.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
* Implement system integrations to ensure detailed data flow between ServiceNow and other systems or third-party applications.
* Ensures that the configurations or customizations meet the requirements by providing automated tests with the integrated Automated Testing Framework of ServiceNow.
* Reviews requirements and develops technical design documents.
* Identify and resolve technical issues as they arise during development and testing phases.

Qualifications:

Work Experience :

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS and APIs
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration, with a focus on implementing secure authentication mechanisms and scalable architecture
* Proficient in communication and collaboration with multi-functional teams, customers, and partners.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) is a plus
* Should have worked on Agile methodologies

* Proficient communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with multi-functional teams, customers, and collaborators.

* Superb communication skills, especially in English.
