Location: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Full Time/Contract

Work Authorization: No Sponsorship

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Developer for a contract role.  

Responsibilities:

* Develop and configure a Scoped Application including: Roles, Groups, Fields, Forms, List Views, and Filters; Access Control Lists (ACLs); Request/Record Producers and Workflow for fulfillment; Assignment Rules (as needed); SLAs
* Enhance existing Request/Catalog Items and build new ones as required
* Participate in architectural reviews and provide technical guidance on platform best practices
* Collaborate closely with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Assist in the creation of process and architectural roadmaps
* Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to ServiceNow

Qualifications:

* Qualifications:

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including Scoped Application development
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Change, and Knowledge
* Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
* Experience with ACLs, Role/Group configuration, and workflow development
* Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes and best practices
* Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

* Experience providing training/documentation for admin and end users
* Prior experience working in manufacturing or recycling industries

* Weekly status updates and timesheets
* Participation in project meetings (virtual)
* Adherence to project milestones and deadlines
* Ability to work independently and proactively flag risks or issues
