Responsibilities:

* Administration, development, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform

* Performing configuration and customization including, but not limited to:

* Workflow/flow administration

* Performance analytics configuration

* Creating and maintaining SOAP/REST integrations

* Creating and maintaining all script types

* Creating and maintaining portal widgets

* Design, develop, and configure for the ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB modules

* Create new and maintain existing custom applications

* Review and refine designs for functionality and usability

* Regularly reviews testing scenarios and practices to ensure application performance and stability requirements are met

* Interacts with stakeholders from across the business

* Implement best practices and standards for the ServiceNow platform

* Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including:

* Design specifications

* Troubleshooting steps

* Deployment steps

* Disaster recovery steps

* Technical notes

* Testing steps, etc.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

* 4 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow platform

* Development experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML

* Understanding the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.

* System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience

* Experience creating custom Integration Hub Spokes

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* BS or BA degree in computer science, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

* Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulates solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations for clients

* Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the creation or modification of workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions

* ITIL Foundations 3.0 or higher

* ServiceNow Administrator Certification (Yokohama or Higher)

* ServiceNow Developer Certification (Yokohama or Higher)

* Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM products

* Strong understanding of ServiceNow's CSDM

* Understanding of Agile practices
