Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

* Travels to VGT locations exchanging cash boxes, replenishing ticket paper, and servicing bill validators and ticket printers.  
* Responsible for performing minor resets of video gaming terminals.  
* Responsible for replenishing and servicing ticket redemption units and performing all duties as required for the route cash collection process. 
* This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to clients and employees and upholding company standards of customer service.
* Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs. 
* Understands and adheres to all company standards, policies, and procedures. 
* Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame. 
* Projects a positive image of the company at all times. 
* Handles minor repairs and assists with equipment malfunctions. 
* Assists Route Operations Manager. 
* Processes manual payouts due to equipment malfunctions or other circumstances as deemed necessary. 
* Completes required paperwork in a timely manner. 
* Informs Route Operations Manager of video gaming terminal issues. 
* Provides outstanding employee and customer relations. 
* Assists customers with questions and complaints regarding video gaming terminals. Provides answers and explanations and rectifies problems as appropriate. 
* Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. 
* Keeps work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter. 
* Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner. 
* All other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Cash handling experience preferred. 
* Experience within gaming industry is a plus. 
* PC proficiency. 
* Previous customer service experience is required. 
* Ability to travel extensively as necessary for business needs. 
* Ability to collaborate and work within a team-oriented environment. 
* Ability to accurately prioritize, organize, and complete multiple tasks. 
* Ability to work nights, weekends, on call, and holidays as required. 
* Wiring, network, and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
* Weight expectations up to 50-60 pounds.
