Responsibilities:

Empower AI: As a Service Request Management Project Manager, you will provide services in support of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract. You will be responsible for managing Standard Deliverables and Unscheduled Service Requests. Standard Deliverables include any items that follow a fixed schedule or items that occur in response to a standard workflow or process. Unscheduled Service Requests are items that are not part of a fixed schedule, standard process, or workflow and include any items needed to support temporary working groups, short term projects, or other tasks that falls outside the normal lifecycle and maintenance of a capability.

* Highlights of Responsibilities:
* Execute Standard Deliverables in accordance with (IAW) the schedules and timelines within the PWS.
* Execute Unscheduled Service Requests IAW Government defined due dates.
* Use the Government provided portal and dashboard to submit and track all Standard Deliverables and timelines.
* Use the Government provided portal and dashboard for receiving and tracking Unscheduled Service Requests and timelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

* Secret security clearance
* Bachelor's degree
* 4 - 7 years of experience
*  

Preferred Qualifications:

* DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF 802) Project Manager Intermediate qualified (BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science or CASP+) or equivalent certification
* Project Management Institute (PMI) certified
* ITIL v4 Foundations certification

Physical Requirements:

* Sitting for long periods
* Standing for long periods
* Ambulate throughout an office
* Ambulate between several buildings
* Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
* Travel by land or air transportation 10% or less
