Overview: NOW HIRING: Service Parts Specialist - Aquatic Equipment Division Location: Santa Ana, CA Full-Time | $27 - $40/hour (Based on Experience) Are you highly organized with a passion for logistics, accuracy, and supporting field teams behind the scenes? Aquafinity is hiring a Service Parts Specialist to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Based in our Southern California location, this position supports our field technicians by ordering, tracking, and staging critical parts for service work - all while maintaining strong vendor relationships and collaborating with internal teams. What You'll Do: * Confirm and validate materials needed on service quotes * Order approved parts and manage shipments from vendors * Track deliveries and update schedules with accurate ETAs * Notify service teams when materials are ready to install * Stage parts and boxes for technicians and maintenance agreements * Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies * Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock transfers * Collaborate with schedulers, technicians, and warehouse staff What You Bring: * High school diploma or GED required * 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, parts coordination, or inventory control * Familiarity with manufacturing or service environments preferred * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to handle physical workload (lifting up to 50 lbs) * A team-first attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting Physical Requirements: * Frequent walking, sitting, reaching, and use of hands * Occasional lifting and moving of parts and boxes (up to 50 lbs) * Ability to perform tasks that may require physical dexterity and mobility Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical are required for hire.
