Responsibilities:
Service Manager - Residential - Hybrid

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Service Manager - Residential - Hybrid is responsible for leading and overseeing security operations for the Residential GTA Branch. This Service Manager - Residential - Hybrid role includes both office-based work and on-site presence at client locations to ensure the safety and security of clients, employees, and assets. The Service Manager will manage a team of security professionals, implement policies and procedures, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management
* Oversee daily security operations across assigned client sites.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify adherence to security protocols.

* Maintain, update, and implement emergency response plans and procedures.

2. Client Relations
* Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients.

* Address client concerns and deliver timely, effective solutions.

* Conduct regular client meetings to review needs, performance, and service enhancements.

* Prepare, deliver, and present security reports to clients.

3. Financial Management
* Assist with branch budget planning and ensure cost-effective operations.

* Monitor and control operational expenses.

* Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial objectives.

4. Sales & Business Development
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GTA Residential market.

* Collaborate with the sales team to support proposal development and secure new contracts.

* Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.

5. Compliance & Reporting
* Ensure accurate documentation of all security activities.

* Prepare and submit regular performance and operational reports to regional management.

* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

* Proven leadership and team management skills.

* Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and best practices.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.

* Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.

Work Environment
* Hybrid role involving both office-based responsibilities and on-site visits to client locations.

* May require responding to emergency situations outside regular working hours.

* Fast-paced environment balancing administrative duties, client interactions, and field operations.
