				Overview:

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee all aspects of customer service center service delivery teams and operations. This position will be located in USAG Humphreys, Republic of Korea and will be an onsite position.

Responsibilities:

Directs all project phases from inception through completion. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for project activities. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

* Ensures continuous improvement.

* Conduct performance reviews of IT services
* Interaction with team leads to ensure objectives of the organization and customer service quality are maximized

* Developing project plans with forecasts, estimates, and resources
* Developing and delivering project reports and communicating and coordinating team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience:

* 12+ years in related field
* BA/BS in business, information technology or related discipline
* Secret Clearance
