About the Team
You will join our Services Delivery organisation, a high‑performing team responsible for delivering complex enterprise programmes across Malaysia. You will work closely with PMO, Architecture, Practices, Commercial, and Finance to ensure smooth execution, operational discipline, and an exceptional customer experience.

Role Purpose

The Service Delivery Lead provides end‑to‑end leadership for a portfolio of enterprise delivery programmes. You will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, guide large multidisciplinary delivery teams, and ensure quality outcomes, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and govern large‑scale enterprise projects end‑to‑end, ensuring quality, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Establish and maintain delivery governance, risk management, and escalation frameworks.

Partner closely with PMO, Architecture, Practices, Commercial, and Finance for aligned and consistent execution.

Manage delivery P&L including revenue, forecasting, margin, cost control, and resource planning.

Oversee large delivery organisations (internal teams, contractors, and partners) and ensure resourcing effectiveness.

Serve as a trusted senior partner for executive‑level customer stakeholders to drive high satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

Strong leadership experience within technology services, systems integration, or enterprise delivery environments.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑million‑dollar enterprise programmes.

Experience leading large multidisciplinary delivery teams at scale.

Solid understanding of financial governance across delivery portfolios, including margin and budgeting.

Strong stakeholder management abilities, including engagement with senior and executive‑level customers.

Ability to thrive in a matrix organisation and collaborate across PMO, Architecture, Practices, Commercial, and Finance.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience delivering transformation programmes such as cloud, digital, or data initiatives.

Exposure to multi‑country or regional delivery environments.

Experience working with global enterprises or regulated industries.
