NOW HIRING: Service Coordinator/Scheduler
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Full-Time | $27 - $40/hour (Based on Experience)

We are in search of a Service Coordinator/Scheduler to serve as the central hub between customers, field technicians, and internal operations. Based in Southern California, this frontline role is critical to delivering seamless service experiences - from coordinating field visits to ensuring technicians are prepped, equipped, and ready to go.

What You'll Do:

*  Field and respond to service calls and schedule technician visits

*  Use remote access tools to diagnose issues and determine onsite needs

*  Strategically route technicians to minimize drive time and maximize efficiency

*  Collaborate with project administrators to coordinate equipment installations

*  Place purchase orders for parts, tools, and job-specific materials

*  Prepare repair quotes and communicate cost estimates to customers

*  Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction

*  Review field documentation and support inventory tracking

*  Monitor technician compliance with department standards and report findings

*  Support operational leadership with additional administrative tasks

What You Bring:

*  Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

*  Prior scheduling or dispatch experience strongly preferred

*  Customer service or administrative support experience

*  Knowledge of the aquatic or pool industry is a plus

*  Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills

*  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software systems

*  Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities

Physical Requirements:

*  Frequent walking, sitting, reaching, and use of hands

*  Occasional lifting/moving of objects up to 50 lbs

*  Must be able to talk, hear, and adjust visual focus for computer work
