Responsibilities: Responsibilities * Overall responsibility for KGSO Malaysia Quality Management System. Ensuring compliance with Keysight Global, KGSO requirements, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 standard. * Oversees calibration and testing procedures to maintain technical accuracy and compliance. * Acts as metrologist, ensuring adherence to industry accreditation and technical requirement. * Provides technical expertise in metrology, measurement systems, and laboratory operations. * Leads ETE (Equipment, Test & Evaluation) Management and Traceability, ensuring proper control over calibration and measurement processes. * Develops, improves, and implements quality policies, procedures, and documentation. * Manages monthly quality metrics reporting and drives continuous improvement initiatives. * Handles and resolves customer escalations related to calibration and quality issues. * Liaises with internal audit, customer audit and external accreditation bodies, ensures compliance with audit requirements. * Oversees the qualification and maintenance of the Approved Vendor List. Qualifications: Qualification * Bachelors or Masters, with preference of study on Electrical Engineering * At least 5 years experiences relevant to operation quality management and knowing the general requirements * Possess sound knowledge on requirements under ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 * Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis. * Knowledge of metrology principles, including Calibration systems. Knowledge in Measurement uncertainty will be a plus. * Adequate analytical, problem solving and presentation skills * Proficiency in English.
