We require a Service Compliance and Metrologist that can support the Keysight Australia Calibration Laboratories. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include; * * KGSO Aus converge into KGSO-East quality system, processes and tools. * Oversees calibration and testing procedures to maintain technical accuracy and compliance. * Acts as an Accreditation Signatory, ensuring adherence to industry and regulatory requirements. * Provides technical expertise in metrology, measurement systems, and laboratory operations. * Leads ETE (Equipment, Test & Evaluation) Management and Traceability, ensuring proper control over calibration and measurement processes. * Owns Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 standard. * Develops, improves and implements quality policies, procedures, and documentation. * Manages monthly quality metrics reporting and drives continuous improvement initiatives. * Handles and resolves customer escalations related to calibration and quality issues. * Liaises with internal audit and external accreditation bodies, ensures compliance with audit requirements. * Oversees the qualification and maintenance of the Approved Vendor List.
