Are you a Service Analyst with capital markets experience looking for a stepping stone toward being a PM?
Inteqna Toronto is recruiting for a Service Analyst to work at a large financial institute downtown for up to a 1 year long contract.
Accountabilities:
1) Service Outages/Communications:
Assist Service Manager with information gathering for systems outages affecting the Canadian Capital Markets/Wealth Management environments.
Communicating release activities to respective LOB's
KPI and Metrics reporting
Participation in Change Advisory Board meetings
2) Service Agreements/Costing:
Support Service Manager with creation and maintenance of Service Catalogues, as well as management of Infrastructure costs reporting
Assist in drafting, maintaining and monitoring Operating Level Agreements, SLA's and Underpinning Contracts
Library management for all documentation pertaining to Managed Services
Ensuring consistency across documents for the purposes of Service Management
Liaise with the Service Management Team as to how and when required changes and/or improvements to services can brought about
Ensure metrics that matter are a part of all negotiations of contracts
Responsible for ensuring that processes are used correctly at the departmental level
Operational contact person between the different departments
Requirements:
Strong listening skills and ability to interpret the requests on their own
Person will likely transition out of this role in a couple of years
Understanding of help desk would be ideal
Understanding of ITIL would be ideal
Being able to work independently
Take a project through its end
Knowing when to ask questions and how to proceed when have incomplete information
Showing judgment
Capable of presenting ideas to team members and executives
Junior level and ability to be molded
Excel skills a plus
PowerPoint skills a plus
Understands KPI's and Metrics a plus
Someone looking to start their career in PM world a plus
Someone that is driven and want to learn more about the bank and the role
Total Compensation Package:
Hourly pay rate between $35-45/hr
1 year contract, extended in 3 month increments
