Overview:
Working within our service team this is a challenging opportunity for an individual who will be responsible for the creation and follow up of service sales related opportunities and coordinating the daily service delivery of the team. This is a 6 months contract role.
Responsibilities:
* Lifecycle Management of Service Sales related opportunities
* Creation of service plan and corrective quotes in SAP
* Prioritising of service jobs
* Scheduling of FSE visits
Qualifications:
* Strong organisation, planning and communication skills essential
* Quoting, contract renewal, Conflict management skills
* SAP experience preferred
* 2+ Years working in customer interfacing role preferred
* Problem solving capabilities preferred
* Inside sales, customer service exp can be considered
