Overview:

Responsibilities:
* Display a warm, personalized and caring welcome by greeting our guests upon arrival to their table.
* Present menus, answer questions and make personalized suggestions regarding food and beverage pairings.
* Place guest's orders according to cooking and prep times, ensuring a seamless and impeccable service.
* Partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
* Communicate with guests to ensure their satisfaction and collect additional feedback and insights.
* Respond to additional guests requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
* Clean and set up the dining areas for the following service.
* Refill service areas according to the departments' standards.
* Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leader.
Qualifications:
* Exhibit food knowledge.
* Must be able to detail and define all ingredients on the food menu, and recommend menu pairings accordingly.
* Must be familiar with cooking methods and prep times.
* Display wine and beverage knowledge.
* Must maintain accuracy of all items on the food, cocktail, beer, and wine menu.
* Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible.
* Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds.
