Overview: Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt, courteous service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. This position requires a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: * Greet guests warmly and provide a high level of hospitality throughout their dining experience * Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and offer recommendations as needed * Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining professional presentation standards * Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any needs or concerns promptly * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and side work * Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service * Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures * Process payments accurately using the POS system * Support teammates and assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed * Uphold Omni Hotels & Resorts' high service standards and brand values Qualifications: * Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred (luxury or resort experience is a plus) * Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ if serving alcohol, depending on state law) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs * Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required * Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits is a plus Why Work at Omni Hilton Head: * Competitive pay and gratuities * Associate discounts on rooms, dining, and retail across all Omni Hotels & Resorts * Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company * A supportive and inclusive team culture * Work in a beautiful oceanfront resort setting Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer.
