Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

* Provides friendly and efficient service to all guest in assigned outlet.
* Displays a thorough knowledge of all menu selections and daily specials. Answers questions and make suggestions.
* Completes all assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks.
* Must be able to stand for a full shift.
* Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
* Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customer of fellow team members.
* Any and all duties as assigned by you Manager or a member of management.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age.

* Must possess good communication skills.
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years' experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage. 
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
* Ability to memorize menus or scripted materials
* While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear. The cast member is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
* The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
