Responsibilities: The Senior Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations within a specific distribution center (DC), ensuring that all departments meet or exceed their performance targets while adhering to safety, quality, accuracy, and cleanliness KPIs. Your leadership will directly influence the organization's commitment to safety, excellence, and continuous improvement across large-scale operations. You will lead your department managers and supervisors in implementing operational strategies, developing talent, and ensuring consistent, efficient performance. You will be accountable for the overall success of your warehouse operations, ensuring that we meet customer demands effectively and efficiently. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree * 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role * Proven success in leading large teams and managing operations across multiple departments * Extensive experience with LEAN methodologies, continuous improvement, and operational performance management * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to oversee and manage a diverse and multi-departmental workforce, driving consistent results across all teams * Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF systems, inventory management, and other operational tools Preferred Qualifications * Lean Six Sigma certification or similar improvement qualifications * Master's degree or higher in logistics, business, or a related field * Experience with budget management and financial reporting within a warehouse environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential warehouse functions of this job. Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively upwards of 1,000 times per day. Must be able to lift, move, and carry larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently. The Senior Warehouse Operations Manager is frequently required to stand, walk, climb and sit at times in the warehouse. While performing the duties of this position, the supervisor is subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm. Freezer temperatures: (-20 F) | Refrigerator temperature (25-35 F). The Senior Manager is also exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the warehouse work environment are typically low to moderate.
