Location: Hyderabad, India Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days per week in office
About This Role
Hyland is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of technical initiatives, working closely with engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams to coordinate project activities and help deliver capabilities that contribute to cloud-based service delivery and platform reliability. You will apply sound project management practices, develop execution plans, track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and support coordination across teams. Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
* Support the execution of technical projects that may involve multiple teams or systems; assist in translating technical requirements and objectives into project plans with defined tasks, timelines, and ownership.
* Coordinate project activities across teams by tracking dependencies, risks, and action items; escalate issues and risks appropriately to ensure projects remain on track.
* Build foundational knowledge of product and platform architecture, technical constraints, and system interactions; partner with engineering and architecture teams to understand how technical decisions impact project delivery.
* Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, operations, and product stakeholders to support alignment on goals, priorities, and delivery expectations.
* Maintain project artifacts including schedules, status reports, risk logs, and documentation; provide regular, clear status updates to project stakeholders and leadership, communicating progress, risks, and next steps in a timely manner.
* Contribute to team learning by documenting lessons learned and sharing insights with peers to improve future project execution; participate in knowledge sharing and provide informal support to peers while continuing to develop technical and project management skills.

Role Essentials
* Bachelor's degree; experience supporting technical projects or initiatives in an engineering-centric or technical environment.
* Developing technical aptitude with foundational knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, or cloud/SaaS concepts; general familiarity with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, or software migration concepts.
* Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and delivery best practices; ability to manage assigned tasks independently while operating under guidance for more complex decisions.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and contribute to shared outcomes; clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide structured project updates.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism, including the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately; ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with a willingness to learn and grow.

* Experience working with engineering, product, platform, infrastructure, or cloud teams to support project delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Demonstrated ability to ask appropriate technical and execution-focused questions to clarify scope, sequencing, and risks; comfortable seeking guidance when issues exceed assigned authority or experience level.
* Proven track record of demonstrating reliability and accountability by following through on assigned responsibilities and supporting delivery commitments.
* Experience using standard project management tools and templates to support consistent execution and reporting across multiple concurrent projects.
* Familiarity with cloud-based service delivery models, platform reliability concepts, and distributed system interactions; ability to build technical awareness over time through hands-on collaboration with engineering teams.
