Responsibilities: Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session. Key Responsibilities: * Drive coordination, organization, and resolution of the service continuity backlog * Lead scoping and alignment efforts with product, architecture, and stakeholders * Maintain project timelines, track dependencies, and manage delivery schedules * Analyze and mitigate risks while managing value, usability, feasibility, and business risks * Communicate progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders * Continuously improve intake/execution processes and apply prioritization frameworks for backlog features #LI-JZ2 Qualifications: Education and Experience: * BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting) * 5 years of Program or Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience Skills and Qualifications: * Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile processes and methodologies * Excellent organizational, facilitation and written/verbal communication skills * Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment * Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities * Jira, or equivalent, experience managing projects * Telecommunications experience a plus * Displays strong initiative for anticipating and meeting stakeholder demands, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and uncertain environment, a high level of intellectual curiosity and a focus on taking ownership and initiative Visa sponsorship not available for this role
