				Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Talent Development Specialist to join our Talent Management and Development team. In this role, you will design and implement internal career pathways, as well as upskilling and reskilling programs that align with our business growth strategy and employee development needs. The ideal candidate will have experience building or leveraging a job architecture framework to create career paths and development programs that empower employees to take ownership of their career growth.

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement career path frameworks that provide clear growth and advancement opportunities for employees.
* Create and manage upskilling and reskilling programs to address evolving business needs and close skill gaps.
* Collaborate with department leaders, HR partners, and learning and development teams to align career development initiatives with business goals.
* Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development programs.
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and career development programs to support employee growth.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs using key metrics and stakeholder feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Stay current on talent development trends, best practices, and innovative learning technologies to enhance development programs continually.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or learning and development, preferably within a professional services or tech environment.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing career pathing frameworks and development programs.
* Strong understanding of upskilling and reskilling strategies aligned with business growth.
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in leveraging learning management systems (LMS) and development platforms.
* Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring program effectiveness and delivering actionable insights.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certifications in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development.
* Experience working in a global environment.
* Familiarity with competency frameworks, career pathing tools, and workforce planning methodologies.
