Responsibilities:

EchoStar is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our TA Shared Services team. In this role you own the interview scheduling process, serving as the primary liaison between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and engaging experience. Beyond managing the logistics and applicant tracking in iCIMS, you will proactively optimize candidate communications and process workflows to maintain a high standard of efficiency and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with recruiters to build job descriptions in our applicant tracking system
* Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a positive, engaging, and seamless candidate experience
* Own end-to-end interview scheduling coordination; proactively anticipate conflicts and mitigate scheduling risks
* Use text engagement, phone calls, and emails to schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team; ensure all parties are informed, and prepared, and arrive on time for interviews
* Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
* Develop and continuously improve candidate communication templates, interview preparation materials, and engagement touchpoints
* Ensure timely feedback collection and process adherence

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and progressive experience
* 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR operations, or high-volume service delivery environments

Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
* Ability to effectively respond and interact with all levels of the organization
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and Google Suite
* Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously
* Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
* Proven ability to anticipate obstacles and proactively implement solutions
* Positive, adaptable mindset with the ability to champion change and support adoption of new processes or tools
* High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results
